Children's/youth records: while involved + a limited period after (e.g. for safeguarding, often up to age 25 or per policy)

Pastoral/prayer notes: as long as relevant for support or safeguarding

Inactive contacts/newsletter subscribers: deleted or anonymised after 2–3 years of no engagement (unless you choose to stay subscribed)
